No. Each payment independently sets the rate for that payment’s balance. Earlier balances are not repriced.

Which official price is used?

Does this change my workspace pricing?

No. This is a separate enterprise API offer. Your current JMovie workspace pricing remains visible in your account. API prepayment is not automatically credited to that balance.
